Upfront Courses
Upfront Model Management (UMM), host Style, Deportment and Make up courses aimed at different age groups, each with the goal of teaching participants to maximise their potential, and look and feel their personal best. Competitively priced, each course is given by professionals in the fashion, PR and communications industry and are designed to ensure maximum interaction, learning . . . and of course, and enjoyable day out. Each course is limited to max of 12 participants to allow individual attention.
Private / Corporate courses can be organised nationwide upon request and can be tailored to meet specific requirements of individual or the organisation.

Our one day Signature Style course, for women over 25 years of age, aims to allow participant to identify and enhance their own individual, signature style. The day includes personal styling for your shape (not your size); deportment, communications / interview skills, skincare and expert make up lesson.
The morning session includes personal styling and aims to allow participates to see what suits them and how to dress with confidence for every occasion from social to work environments.
The morning also features an in-depth communications session, focussing on interview skills, and tips on enhancing presentation techniques (including giving media interviews on radio and TV). This section of the course is filmed to allow participants watch play back and learn how to improve their skills.

Upfront Model Management are hosting two Teen Beauty Style Schools during the Mid Term Break. The first in the Grand Hotel, Malahide, County Dublin, on Monday 25th of October and the second in the Carlton Hotel, Tralee, County Kerry. Priced at 65 euro per student, the full day course includes Deportment, Expert Make Up Lesson with celebrity make up artist, Skin Care, Styling, Etiquette and Communications Skills. There is also a Q&A session with some top Models.

The following is a brief profile of course lecturers.
Orla Diffily, Owner / Manager, Upfront PR, Event and Model Management
Orla has over 20 years experience at a senior level in the communications and PR industry. As well as personally hosting sessions on developing a signature style and communications skills, Orla manages the Upfront team of professionals on each course including top stylists, models, make up artists and presenters.
Lisa Dennehy, PR & Event Manager
Lisa has managed numerous prestigious fashion events including the production of Kerry Fashion Weekend and high profile runway shows. Lisa hosts styling sessions and adapting trends to a budget.
Chloe MacDonnell, Communications Graduate and Professional Presenter
Chloe teaches communication skills including techniques for interviews, as well as presentations and social situations. Chloe has extensive experience both presenting and interviewing for programmes and on line documentaries.
Aoife Healy, Upfront Model
Aoife Healy was signed to Upfront Models in 2009 and already has featured in numerous fashion shoots in national magazines and on TV, including NYC Cosmetics and The House of Delphine. Aoife H attends the Teen Camps to demonstrate good deportment and for a Q&A on modelling.
Fiona Griffin, Upfront Model
Fiona G was signed to Upfront Models in January 2010 and already has appeared in many magazines, including IMAGE and Sunday Independent Life Magazine. Fiona G attends the Teen Camps to demonstrate good deportment and for a Q&A on modelling.
Gillian Rafferty, Make Up Artist
Gillian began her career in make up for fashion theatre and media and continued her training in Los Angeles and New York with some of the industry top professionals. She has worked with celebrities such as Coleen Rooney, Michelle Keegan, Kathryn Thomas, Emma O'Driscoll, Glenda Gilson and Lisa Cannon and many more. Her work has been produced in Publications such as Social & Personal, Prudence, The RTE Guide, and Confetti. Gillian has worked on The Off The Rails Live fashion show and The Afternoon Show on RTE. Kathryn O Neill, head of Make Up Artistry, Daniel Sandler, Ireland
Kathryn is based in Killarney Co.Kerry, but her work takes her all over Ireland and the UK. She works alongside Daniel at London Fashion Week and at many other prestigious events. Her work has appeared in many magazines and on National Television.
As a Daniel Sandler makeup artist trained by Daniel personally, Kathryn knows all the top makeup tips and trade secrets. Kathryn is the official make up artist on Kerry Fashion Weekend.
