The second KERRY WEDDING SHOW, the Kingdoms largest independent wedding fair, attracted over 800 people to view more than 60 exhibitors in the Brandon Hotel conference centre, Tralee, County Kerry on Sunday (21st February), 2010.

Organised and managed by Radio Kerry, crowds started to arrive before the doors opened at 12 noon and continued to visit throughout the day. One of the highlights was a fashion show mid afternoon featuring top bridal, boutique and designer fashion, including Finesse Bridal Listowel, Kates Couture, Maids of Honour, Gra mo Chroi and Hannon Fashions of Castleisland. Produced by Upfront Model Management, many of the agencies top models graced the catwalk giving brides to be and their families fashionable ideas on how to dress to impress for the big day. Hair for the show was by Pat O Neill (Style Suite at the Brehon), Make up by Kathryn O Neill (Daniel Sandler); music by Ray Stack, Lighting the AV Team and the MC was the forever popular, Francis Jones of Radio Kerry. The show was styled by Orla Diffily, Louise James and Lisa Dennehy from Upfront Models.

Upfront Models Strike a pose

Upfront Models, Aoife Healy and Andrea Collins, Scouting International Success


Two well known faces with Upfront Model Management, Aoife Healy (from Camp) and Andrea Collins (from Ballyroe, Tralee) are both seeking to become international supermodels by entering the new RTE programme The Model Scouts.

RTEs The Model Scouts follows in the footsteps of last years successful programme, “The Model Agent”. 12 girls will be selected from castings throughout Ireland and the programme will follow their progress over 6 weeks as they compete to be the new Irish supermodel. The prize on offer this year is a one year contract with IMG Models who represent an impressive international portfolio of models including Gisele Bundchen, Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell, Lily Cole, Mischa Barton and Liv Tyler.

Kerry's only independent wedding exhibition, the Radio Kerry - KERRY WEDDING SHOW, was launched in Blennerville, Tralee, Co. Kerry, this morning. The second Kerry Wedding Show will be held in the Brandon Hotel, Tralee on Sunday 21st of February. Upfront Models present the fashion show at 2.30pm. Over 50 Exhibitors. Doors open at 12.00 noon.
